All reservations are booked using your temporary introductory member code. When your introductory membership expires, it cannot be renewed—you’ll be invited to join as a full member.

Availability & lead time

How to book

Request your date through a Le Dessus coordinator using your temporary introductory member code.

Lead times & rush option

Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance when available.

Upon availability, reservations may be made within 7–13 days of the desired date with an additional 20% rush fee.

Confirmation & availability

Le Dessus does not guarantee the availability of any requested date, and no date is fully reserved until payment has been made in full.

$18 per setting (up to 6 discounted)

After finalizing details with your coordinator, you’ll receive an online invoice. Payment is due immediately to reserve your requested date.

Cancellation & refunds

Clear and fair

Within 24 hours of booking

Cancellations for table setting services made at least 14 days from the reservation date are eligible for a 100% refund within 24 hours after the reservation is booked.

7+ days before the reservation

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the reservation date/time receive a 50% refund.

Less than 7 days

Cancellations within 7 days of the reservation date/time are non-refundable.

Bookings made within 7 days

Reservations booked within 7 days of the reservation date forfeit the 100% refund option and are eligible only for a 50% refund within 24 hours of booking.

Deadlines & exceptions

Deadline dates/times will be included with the invoice. Requests for refunds made outside of these policies due to extenuating circumstances will be considered on a per-case basis.
