Advance booking is recommended. Reservations within 7–13 days are subject to availability and may include a 20% rush fee.
Fair use
Unlimited refers to the number of reservations within your plan year. Each reservation follows standard guest count and inventory limits set by your coordinator.
Cancellations & refunds
Plans may be canceled within 14 days of activation for a full refund, provided no services have been rendered. Outside this period, plans are non-refundable. Extenuating circumstances may be considered case by case.
What’s not included
Furniture rental (tables/chairs) and catering are not provided. Additional serve pieces may be added à la carte.
